Real deadlines.
Delivered.
Arena runs, festival circuits, album bundles, international legs. Here's how we've executed for touring programs across every scale.
$1.5M gross. $48.49 per head. City-specific merch on every date.
The Challenge
A headline artist wanted custom city-specific merchandise for each of 10 shows across mid-to-large cap rooms — requiring unique product per market without sacrificing production speed or margin.
The Approach
We produced city-specific designs for each date, handled all logistics and packouts, and deployed boots-on-the-ground staffing and selling support at every show.
The Result
$1.5M total gross across the tour. $80K average per night. $200K at the biggest show. Highest $/head of $64.36.
9 venue merch records broken. $114K average night.
The Challenge
An 11-show USA run with city-specific merchandise across each market — and a team that wanted to push sell-through beyond what the venues had seen before.
The Approach
City-specific product for every date, full boots-on-the-ground staffing and selling support, and a merch program built to maximize $/head at every stop.
The Result
9 venue merchandise sales records broken. $114,939 average sales per night. $189K highest grossing night. $46.13 highest $/head.
Europe and UK in 20 days. Imports, exports, POS, and taxes handled end-to-end.
The Challenge
A 9-show run across Europe and the UK in 20 days — requiring international goods movement, multi-currency POS, local tax compliance, and on-the-ground selling support across 1,000–3,000 cap venues.
The Approach
We handled all imports and exports of goods, managed POS money conversions and local taxes, provided boots-on-the-ground transport, staffing, and selling support, and extended support to the support band's tour management.
The Result
$16 average $/head across international markets. $60K highest grossing night.
$400K gross for the headliner. Merch managed for 3 artists simultaneously.
The Challenge
A 33-day, 15-show USA run with three artists on the same bill — each requiring their own merch program, inventory, and selling operation at 5,000 cap venues.
The Approach
We managed merchandise operations for all three artists simultaneously: production, logistics, tour van support, and boots-on-the-ground staffing and selling at every show. All three artists ranked among their top merch-grossing tours.
The Result
$400K gross for the headliner at $19 average $/head. All 3 artists posted top merch-grossing tour results.
From the people
on the road.
"City-specific merch at every stop sounds like a logistical nightmare. They made it feel routine. Every show had the right product, the right staff, and the right setup."
Tour Manager
10-show USA headline run
"Nine venue records in one tour. That doesn't happen by accident — it's the product, the staffing, and the selling support all working together."
Artist Manager
11-show USA tour
"Taking merch international means dealing with imports, exports, currency, taxes, and local compliance. They handled every piece of it. We just focused on the shows."
Tour Manager
Europe & UK run, 9 shows
